Surgical Services Director
Northeast
We have partnered with the flagship community hospital of a well-respected health system in the Northeast. This role will oversee 15+ OR suites along with a small ASC.
- Pre-op, PACU, Sterile Processing, CVU
- 250 FTE’s with 5 reporting Managers
- Standardization of policies and procedures
- Looking for someone to take on a mentorship role

Requirements:
- BSN required, Master’s highly preferred. Must obtain within 5 years of hire.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Surgical Services required.
- Director-level experience required.
- Union experience a plus.
